Plan is frozen - On and after January 1, 2007, no non-bargaining Employee hired on and after such date shall become an Active Participant and no such Inactive Participant or such former Participant shall again become an Active Participant. All bargaining unit members who commenced employment with the City on or after January 5, 2011, shall participate in the Defined Contribution Plan.
