Condominium Unit Owners' Rights and Responsibilities
The State of Florida provides a number of rights for condominium owners through Chapter 718, Florida Statutes (F.S.), also known as the Condominium Act, and the corresponding administrative rules, Chapters 61B-15 through 61B-24, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Along with these rights come various responsibilities that correspond to this type of community living.
