Phase Three Programs

Registration open for the OB Johnson Teen Zone and BF James Learn to Swim lessons.  

The Teen Zone opens June 14th, Learn 2 Swim lessons resume in June. 

As we return to programming, all waivers and proof of residency must be updated. Please bring identification and proof of residency (Hallandale Beach residents only) to expedite registration.  Registration is limited and COVID safety measures are strictly enforced.  

In person registration accepted Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm at the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd Street.

Reservations Open for Indoor & Outdoor rentals. 

The City of Hallandale Beach indoor and outdoor Park rental facilities are reopening! Rentals open August 1st for court, field, green space, pavilion, and room rentals.  

We have new COVID requirements and expectations at this time to keep you, other park patrons, and our staff safe.

As we return to offering reservations, all proof of residency must be updated.  Please bring identification and proof of residency (Hallandale Beach residents only) to expedite your reservation.  

Reservations are offered on a first come first serve basis. and are accepted Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30ppm at the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd Street. 

The Parks and Recreation Department proudly maintains, operates, and programs seventeen park facilities while coordinating fun-filled City-wide special events throughout the year. There is something for everyone in Hallandale Beach Parks! Services are designed to provide innovative opportunities for you and your family to enjoy. Check out our City Marina; Golden Isles Tennis Center; Historic Village home of the Curci House as listed on the National Register of Historic Places; and our community parks including the Cultural Community Center, home of the Parks and Recreation's Administrative Office.  

We are more than halfway through the Parks Master Plan initiative to improve all City parks.  On the November 4th, 2014 ballot, the Hallandale Beach Voters approved, by an overwhelming majority (65%), to issue $58.5 million General Obligation Bonds (GO Bonds) to complete the Parks Master Plan Improvements.
