Presidents' Day 2020
In observance of Presidents' day, City Hall and City offices will be closed on Monday February 17, 2020.

Although offices will be closed many services will still be available such as reporting concerns on our MyHBapp and Citizens Self Service online at CoHB.org/CSS.

Offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
