Hallandale Beach the Time to Act is NOW! The U.S. Census Bureau announced that it would suspend all enumerating efforts (that includes all door-to-door knocking, mail, phone, and online responses) by September 30, 2020, instead of the planned October 31st deadline. 

Our current response rate is at 41.7% below state and county average. This unprecedented move can impact our City for the next 10 years. Now is the time to help spread the word to friends and family on the importance of the 2020 Census. Let’s not leave money on the table for resources, such as those received to support our elderly community, schools, assistance centers, children’s services, emergency services, transportation, housing, and other family self-sufficiency programs.
