City of Hallandale Beach government offices will be closed on Thursday, November 11th in observation of Veteran's Day. Online services will still be available at www.coHB.org. City Parks will be open. Buses and Sanitation Services will continue to operate on their regular schedule.

The City's Parking Management program is expanding to ensure efficient use of the City's parking inventory. The City's Parking Ordinance was recently amended to allow for the expansion of managed parking in the City. New Parking Rates went into effect November 1, 2021. Courtesy enforcement has begun and will be in effect through January 1, 2022. Full enforcement will be in effect City-wide starting January 2, 2022.
Residents and Visitors now see new parking signs installed throughout the City indicating paid parking locations. All street parking payments are made through the PayByPhone service by App, Phone (888) 680-7275, or Online.
All residents are invited to apply online for our Resident Parking Program. This program is designed to qualify residents for Discounted Hourly Parking and to qualify those residents that live in a neighborhood parking zone to purchase Monthly Parking Zone Pass(es).

Broward County Emergency Rental Assistance Program
|

Broward County is implementing a series of program enhancements to accelerate the processing of applications received by the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and get faster financial assistance to tenants and landlords who have suffered economic hardship due to COVID-19.
The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) application portal for Broward County residents will temporarily close on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 11:59PM to allow for the timely processing of previously submitted applications. There are currently thousands of partially completed applications in the system. Tenants and/or landlords must complete and submit their applications before the deadline to be considered in this round of approvals. Unfinished applications in the system will still be available to residents when the portal reopens on November 21, 2021.

The City of Hallandale Beach-Hepburn Center is currently accepting enrollments for the Fall Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Education Program (VPK). The City of Hallandale Beach-Hepburn Center is located at 1000 Northwest 8th Avenue in Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. Every child who turns 4 by September 1 may be eligible for the FREE VPK.
The daily, 4-hour program includes breakfast and lunch, with the option of extended wrap care for a ONE TIME Annual Fee of $200 for residents of Hallandale and $400 for non-residents.
The full-day learning experience enhances your child’s school readiness. Reservations Open for Indoor & Outdoor rentals The City of Hallandale Beach indoor and outdoor Park rental facilities are reopening! Rentals open August 1st for court, field, green space, pavilion, and room rentals.
We have new COVID requirements and expectations at this time to keep you, other park patrons, and our staff safe.
As we return to offering reservations, all proof of residency must be updated. Please bring identification and proof of residency (Hallandale Beach residents only) to expedite your reservation.
Reservations are offered on a first come first serve basis and are accepted Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm at the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd Street.
