Have a more sustainable Thanksgiving this year

This year, City staff have released a "Plant-Based & Sustainable Thanksgiving" guide to help our community celebrate Thanksgiving sustainably. The guide is part community cookbook with taste-tested recipes shared by our staff & Board members, part sustainability tips, part recycling right reminder, and part coloring book. Our hope is that members of the Hallandale Beach community can use and reference this guide to enjoy the holiday.

Read and/or download the guide here.

What Climate Actions can you take?

Following the adoption of the City's Climate Action Plan, we put together a helpful short handout listing different ways residents can help us implement our Climate Action Plan. Check it out today and identify some actions you'd like to take at www.cohb.org/MyClimateAction. As always, feel free to reach out with suggestions you'd like to see added to the list.
