The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) has recently activated the Business Damage Assessment Survey to measure the physical and economic impacts of the recent flooding event on local businesses since Tuesday of last week.

This survey is an effort to gather data on the needs of affected businesses and accelerate recovery efforts. Your responses will help the state identify the areas requiring attention and resources in the aftermath of the flooding event.

 The survey is available online and will take only a few minutes to complete.
