Prom Dress Drive

Anabelle Taub Hallandale Beach City Commissioner along with Hallandale Beach volunteers will be hosting the 2nd Annual Prom Dress Drive. Hallandale High students that wish to pickup a prom dress should come by and try out prom dresses, gowns, tuxedos, suits, shoes that are available. Event will take place on Thursday, May 17th 2:30 - 7:30PM, Friday, May 18th 2:30 - 7:30PM and Saturday, May 19th 11AM - 3PM.  For more information, visit https://bit.ly/2Kh4LAN

Hurricane Forum for Residents

On Tuesday, May 29th from 6-8:30 PM, residents have the opportunity to Learn what to do at all stages of a hurricane: before, during and after. Hear from your local government officials, FPL, and the SBA! This forum will take place in the Cultural Community Center. Refreshments provided by Beachwalk Resort!

If you are a non-profit organization seeking to serve residents of Hallandale Beach, grant funding up to $10,000 per agency is available to assist you with your mission for Fiscal Year 2018/2019! The grant application is due on Thursday, May 31st, no later than 4pm.

It’s that time again where we honor Hallandale Beach’s inspirational teachers and staff. Join us for the 3rd Annual Teacher & Support Staff of the Year Luncheon where we will be recognizing the esteemed educators of our community. The event will be taking place on Thursday, May 31st at the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd ST. Tickets for the luncheon and recognition ceremony are $20 per person.
