A few changes and events will take place within our great City of Hallandale Beach.

We are changing our business hours to better accommodate the needs of our residents. Effective starting October 28, 2019, City Hall will be open Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 6:00 PM. Cashier payments and building permits processing will end at 5:30 PM each day. City offices will be closed on Fridays. For more information regarding the new business hours please reach us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on the MyHB app or via Facebook Messenger.

To compliment the new operating hours Sanitation Pickup Schedule will have a new schedule for Residential Garbage and Recycling Collections (4 units or less). Please be advised starting October 28, 2019 the new schedule will go into effect.

Wednesday October 16, 2019, The City of Hallandale Beach will be hosting a town hall meeting to discuss details on the potential merger of Fire Rescue Services with the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO). Participants will be given an opportunity to ask questions as BSO officials will be in attendance. Be sure to join us at 6 PM in the Cultural Community Center, located at 410 SE 3rd Street Hallandale, FL 33009 for discussions on the future of our Fire Rescue Services. Lastly, please note that the HBCRA meeting has been moved to Monday October 21, 2019 at 5:30 PM. There will also be a Special City Commission Meeting held at 6 PM on same day. For more information on City Commission and HBCRA meetings, please visit
