If you are offered a job with the City of Hallandale Beach, you will be required to sign a Conditional Offer of Employment along with additional pre-employment documents which include but are not limited to: Background Authorization, Employment Verification, Records Release, a Non-Tobacco Use Affidavit, and Employment Waiver. You will also be required to complete a drug screen and additional tests as deemed necessary by the City, and/or as required by your assigned department. You will also be required to take a loyalty Oath as per Florida Statute 876.05 and establish identity and employment eligibility under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
