North City Beach Park is the fourth completed park of the City Wide Parks Master Plan. Home of the famous Beach Ball Water Tower, North City Beach Park recently underwent reconstruction as part of the Citywide Parks Master Plan. The park features restrooms & showers, sand volleyball, and parking. The park is also home to the Etaru Restaurant, a favorite beachfront dining spot

Pedestrian beach access is also available at our Four Beach Accesses.

The beach is open 365 days a year.  Summer protected hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm April through August.  Winter protected hours are 9:30am - 5:00pm September to April.

Beachfront Parking is available through our PaybyPhone app.  Meters are strictly enforced.  Residents may register for discounted beach parking here.  Parking is by Valet only from 7pm until close daily.
