This service incorporates the provisions of Chapter 24 - Solid Waste Disposal of the City of Hallandale Beach Code of Ordinance which shall prevail in the event of conflict with the printed provisions included herein.
In the event of conflict between the printed fees included herein and the fees in the current Fee Booklet, the fees in the current Fee Booklet shall prevail.
